Rene Marie Russo is an American actor, filmmaker, and a former supermodel. Her elegant beauty and her successes in the field of film reflect her talents as an actor. The career of her was launched as a fashion model in 1970, her rise quickly to the top of the heap. After studying acting Russo started her career as a model in Los Angeles. Russo debuted on screen in ABCs Sable drama in 1987 as Eden Kendell. In her debut film Major League two years after, she played Tom Berengers romantic interest. Initially skeptical about her capability in the field of acting, reviewers were enthralled by her stamina. Rose was also able to make MMA historical with her fight as she became the first female to fight to win the title of champion within an organization that is a major one. Following this victory Namajunas went onto have several victories, including defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk twice which earned her Performance Of The Night honors from UFC following these victories .
